Wow Robert, this is a great one!
I especially like the “Pain point mapping” where you put a price on a problem. This is great to get stakeholders buy-in

Usually we do 5 days Design Sprint, which allows to start with a general Sprint goal and refine it during day 1 (mapping helps a lot).

but I’ll definitely use your techniques for 4 days Sprints, where the target needs to be clearly defined from the start
