The thing is really to get started.

We’ve seen that prioritizing one type (or role) of users, and start creating the Map from his/her perspective helped kickstart the Map creation. We call this the Map’s “backbone”.

During this initial journey, some other stakeholders might pop up (if a patient follows a therapy a nurse and a doctor will also be mentioned in the story), so you will add them later on the main Map.
It’s way easier to break down complexity than trying to achieve the whole map at once
