I totally agree on the Keynote thing: I guess GV wanted to be as inclusive as possible and offer everyone the possibility to participate in the prototyping effort.

Seasoned Designers will prefer Sketch, Figma or XD (Ironically, Keynote has been a huge inspiration for Sketch)

Anyways, the right tool is the one you are the most comfortable with!
