Hi Morrisson, it’s quite unlikely that a Sprint / UX agency will offer you a position if you don’t have a substantial UX experience on real projects.
Trainings are a great theoretical base, but the stakes are way different in a real Sprint with clients.
So I guess the key is to build a portfolio with a few strong portfolio.
About Sprint, I would be interested to see photos of a full Sprint, know more about the Sprint goal and see the prototype.
One of my advice to have a “foot in the door” would be to look for a 6 months internship (we are looking for an intern btw), so you could prove what you can do, build a portfolio and experience the real thing
